The new ride was great!! My son and friends had a great time this weekend. The driver, David was AWESOME! He was very patient and courteous. I will definitely be a repeat customer and o have referred Heaven on Wheels to two friends already.
Front office personnel are rude. Management. are the worst ever. They took 200 dollars cash from my daughter just to give her phone back. If u leave something in their vehicle , prepare. to pay else they keeps it. They don't care if you spend hundreds of dollars patronizing their business, they will still rip u off. Very bad customer service
Our experience was amazing! The driver was so nice and polite he text us the time arrival time he was going to be there. He was on time ! Very good mannered! He kept in touch with us and did everything so wonderful! I highly recommend spending the extra money for the birthday package! We had a amazing time and will definitely using this company again.There was only five stars I would of gave them 10 if they had it!
We had excellent service. 44 of us with about have kids 12 and under. Took us to dinner and then thru Prairie Lights. Driver was very kind and did a great job. Right on time.
My Son had the 2019 black Dodge Challenger this year for his 13th birthday for him and a few friends and they absolutely loved it.Mellissa was so helpful and the driver Ed was awesome the limo was as expected ,Very well stocked,clean and very spacious.We definitely will be visiting again soon thanks
Our group loved every minute. Our driver Roy was the best ever. From the time we were picked up until being dropped off. He was very friendly and professional at the same time. We had a great time and will be using Heaven On Wheels again for sure. I’d give you 10 stars but only 5 were allowed.
The driver was on time, the party bus was very clean and the service was excellent!
