My experience was terrible from beginning to end with this company. 15 minutes into our hour and a half hour drive the bus lost all electricity. We had no A/C, music or lights. We were told by the driver that the only option was to wait and see if another bus was available and if one was they could go pick it up while we were at our Destiination so that the ride back would be OK. He did go get another bus which was much appreciated but the unfortunate thing is the ride there was the most important to us. When you’re driving ... read more

We appreciate the review and understand completely. We, unfortunately, did have an electrical issue with the bus after the pickup, which caused the power to go out in the rear. By the time the chauffeur was able to safely pull over and diagnose the issue, your group was already over an hour from our shop. Closer to your destination than our shop so the decision was made to continue and take you to your destination and replace the vehicle by the time your group was ready to go home. Had a Fantastic Day celebrating a lot of missed gatherings due to COVID restrictions. Heaven On Wheels personnel worked with us to reschedule multiple times because of the restrictions and made no fuss about a few last minute stop changes. Melissa and Roy were pleasant and made the experience memorable for my family. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a night (or day in our case) out!
We used Heaven on Wheels to provide transportation for our wedding party! The party bus we rented was clean, had lots of room and was one of the best parts of the night! We packed our own cooler and played our own music and felt safe as we were driven from one destination to the other. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great driver! We had 9 boys in the limo for an 11th birthday party and we had some time to waste so I told the driver he could just drive around and waste sometime, instead he took us to The Star for the boys to run on the outdoor field and play, they thought it was so awesome!
