We booked Heaven on Wheels for my daughters 16th birthday. The service during that whole process was great. The only issues we had were that the radio didn't work, the sunroof didn't open, the air wasn't working and the lights also wouldn't work. Our driver Francisco even pulled over on the side of the road to see if he could fix it. If this would have been for a bunch of adults, we would not of cared about the music, but a bunch of teenagers want to listen to it. We rented the Dodge Challenger and it was a disappointment. The driver drove reckless and the driver hit a park car and was unapologetic. The company should be call Hell on Wheels. Don't use them
Absolutely great service! We used them for my sons 16th birthday & I would definitely recommend to anyone! Can't wait for Christmas because we are going to use them again for Christmas with lights �
Excellent service, had one small issue but the owner himself handled it quickly and fairly! I defiantly plan on using them again and would recommend them to anyone.
