Had them redo our pool in 2014. Had all sorts of problems. Destroyed our yard, told the guys where the sump pump plumbing was and not to drive a dump truck threw that area of the front yard. They did anyway. Broke of the cap to the plumbing and the pipe coming up. They brought another cap not even the right type and just layed it over it. I had to fix the pipe and go buy pipe and the cap to fix that. They replaced all the concrete around the pool and the edging where the liner locks in. The issue here is the concrete. We've told your wife that we had no problem having it repaired and even told our concrete guy to fix it in the spring both times. He was supposed to coordinate with you to do it in the spring but both years you said you wanted it done in the fall. We still have no problem fixing the issue 3 years later. I really like the one with the water falls I don't want a great big pool. I live in the country and have a lot of trees.
My pump on my inground pool went out. I called them and within 3 hours my pool was back up and running. Great service! Thanks
