This people came to winterize our pool in west Chester not only did they do a horrible job ( close it with a ton of leaves inside) but charged a different amount than what I was told over the phone. I will go over to best business bureau because it’s just not fare this people are around tricking and deceiving people.
Called them with a leaky pump and they came out the next day when everyone else was weeks out. Thanks.
We had a problem with our motor, I called a couple of companies and they were able to get out to us first so a guy came out flipped the switch and said we needed to replace our motor for about $1,000 I’m pretty sure he was here for 5 minutes. First, I found the same motor on Amazon for $150 (he quoted $550 just for the motor and labor is additional) that in itself was a shock. Started process May 2018. As of today nothing but a hole in the ground. Its August 20! Plenty of weather delays but this has gone beyond ridiculous. Hope its finished by Halloween!

Greg, You are correct it has taken us a long time to build pools this year. The installation process has been effected negatively by the amount of rain that we have had. It has not only affected us, Heatwave Pools, it has affected all of our subcontractors as well which has slowed us down across the board.
