RecommendedI don’t get on here very much but this company and its employees are amazing. We saw them at a bday party for one of their employees last night and they looked like one big family. They seemed to truly love the company they worked for. My wife and I were impressed with the interaction with each other and the man who appeared to be their boss.
Although they had a lot going on, phones ringing none stop (means business is good!), They were VERY helpful in our decision to change over to salt water generator. Very honest and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

I used to be very happy with their services, they were always very prompt, but then I never knew what they were going to charge to open or close the pool (and it varied significantly) but today when I went to have another company come to open my pool I was told that when they closed my pool last season they broke the multi-port on my filter and failed to tell me that it was broken, and now I am out over $300 plus labor due to the negligence of Heatwave, and this is a filter that they installed just 4 years ago - so I would t... read more

Alana, This review is unfortunate and surprising. There are a couple of things here that need to be addressed. Firstly, you have been a customer of ours for a long time. Over the last couple of years we have worked with you on the amount of time that it has taken you to pay your bills. They have all taken over 3-4 months to pay. Your previous opening and closing bills have all been between $300 and $350. Those bills will always vary depending on the condition of the water chemistry. This is not a large variance at all. RecommendedHighly recommend Paul and Heatwave Pools. We had pool painted and communication was frequent and helpful. We had a pop up thunderstorm that discolored the paint and they repainted the pool and fixed a crack in the concrete. Can’t wait to have them open in the spring!
