Worked with them when buying our new build DADU and felt that the agent was dishonest with us and our real estate agent. It was a traumatizing buying experience. Everything that could have went wrong did, and over left a horrible taste in our mouths after that experience. Overall would not reccomend working with them.
Jen was our agent and she is fantastic! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an investment property. Their transaction coordinator was on top of everything throughout the process as well. 10/10 do recommend!
We were introduced to Jen Haffner through mutual friends for acquiring a multifamily property with a 1031 exchange, and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out.
