Don't even go to this place, they charge you 430 for blood tests that you don't need and on top of that you have to get your vaccines somewhere else.
Lana the receptionist very busy and she was able to manage múltiple things at the same time. Helpful and very detail on the things that I need to do next.
Very horrible experience right now over the phone. Asked to speak and get the records of my father’s vaccination records. The woman screamed at both me and the receptionist telling us we’re dumb, that we don’t know anything without even researching any of my dad’s information. This place needs to shut down. If I would’ve have been there, the police would have been called for the way they were harassing and withholding medical records.
Had a great experience in this medical center, the examinations were seamless, did for my whole family. Lana was super supportive. My courier service, UPS, damaged the envelopes twice and I am really thankful to Lana as she promptly responded all my calls and mails, helped me to get a new set of envelopes. Thank you Lana for all your supports, please keep up the good work.
