Just want to thank Heating and Cooling Supply and Stacey for helping us process a warranty for one of our customers. It was a unique situation and they really came through for us. Just wanted to give them a shout out for standing behind there products. Thank you all very much.
This sure has increasingly gotten worse. On hold for 25minuets in the slow winter season. Drive down there and they (front counter Asian girl and Mexican dude) they wouldn’t give me their names are just sitting down laughing having a good time!! And when I told them about the phone they both started to laugh with dumb founded faces. Nellie’s to say I’ll be taking my business else where in the future.
Incredibly rude and think anyone other then their team is trash. I will never use them for anything and recommend you don't either.
Deb, Alec, Tom, and Bill and the warehouse team are always pleasant, helpful, and bend over backwards for us as a contractor. The treatment we receive at any of the Heating and Cooling locations is always outstanding and is unmatched in the Valley.
Deb ( store manager ) and James ( Oper. Man.) say they will collab and call you back, but never get the job done. So Sad 😢
