RecommendedManagement is good. Neighbors are nice and quiet and everyone pretty much stays to themselves. Nice playgrounds and dig park as well.
I absolutely love management and maintance at this Complex. They have been very easy to talk with, and any issues get done in a very timely fashion. it's also a very clean and well kept community.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT APPLY. THEY ARE A SCAM!! Applied here, got denied, which is fine but then they KEPT THE DEPOSIT!! They immediately debited my account but after several days with no refun, called and was told 1 week. Its now going on THREE WEEKS, no call no refund. Will DEFINITELY be seeking legal action. Save yourself the hassle and go to a reputable complex. (Our application was approved at the next place we applied I think they're just scamming people out of their money).
