She was fantastic!!!
I ordered flowers last minute and to my surprise they went above and beyond my expectations! I asked if they could make something out of the ordinary, a dozen black roses bouquet at 9:30am and picked them up at 3:30pm the same day. These roses are REMARKABLE!!! I can't explain in words how beautiful this arangement is!

I’ve used Heather’s on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. Whether I’m working with a $35 or $150 budget, I’ve always felt like I’ve gotten more than my money’s worth. Heather and Brittany are wonderful designers and make the process totally painless.
Heather did the arrangements for our wedding a couple of weeks ago and I am still in awe at how stunning they were. One thing I remember most about my grandmother was her love for beautiful flowers. When I walked out into the field toward the alter I got this overwhelming feeling that she would have been so proud. I can't thank you enough for the wonderful job done by you and your team. We have received compliment after compliment all because you helped made our day perfect!!

I originally bought a flower arrangement for my mother's birthday about noon today, same day delivery. They were not available and within the hour she called me and substituted the flowers for me. The flowers were delivered not even an hour later. Just an amazing array of flowers and customer service was outstanding. Thank you guys for helping me make her day a great one!
