I ordered online what I thought was a very nice succulent arrangement that was shown in a rectangular container that was 13” long. What was delivered was about a 4x4 container and my grandsons name was spelled wrong despite it being correct on the online order. The owner was rude and condescending when I voiced my disappointment; she raised her voice and accepted no responsibility saying the disclaimer is substitutions were allowed.
