I was a patient with Dr. Smith for a few years and one occasion around Christmas time my psychiatrist was out of the office and and on there answering machine told me to call my Medical doctor which was her so I did and I needed Adderall really bad I was out of it. I called her office and her office workers were very rude to me over the phone and Dr. Smith didn't approve the Adderall at all. I’m an older guy used to the care of Dr. Hofer. After his retirement, Dr. Condon (then Dr. Smith) took over. She was much younger, about my daughter’s age, so I was a little trepidatious regarding her experience. As an older male patient, I was more embarrassed during our first meeting than I let on … but I found her to be quite knowledgeable and, more importantly, skilled at making me feel comfortable. Dr Condon, is a great family doctor. Very concerned about her patients. To the point and takes time to listen. I always feel welcomed by her and the staff. She is a real asset to Owensboro Health.
I absolutely adore Dr. Smith. She really listens and is geniuly concerned for my needs. Best staff experience ever!!! Excluding nurse Carla. She is EXTREMLY rude on the phone if you don't understand something. This has been on SEVERE occasions! "KAREN"
