Worst Apartments !! Heather Ridge apartments has been the worst apartments I have ever live in. They don't clean, they don't take care of their trash and last but most important their maintenance is an absolutely nightmare. If you want a place to call home DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENTS.
slum lord I have reported different issues while living in this complex enough is enough. I have leaks in bathroom and, kitchen the repairs have not been done even when you place a work order. I have mold in the bathroom. I could go on and on. Sign Moving
This Place Is An Absolute JOKE. First off, we were lied to about there being a washer & dryer hookup so we'd sign a lease. Then we realize this place is infested with roaches (which management will do NOTHING about). Seriously find another place to live.
just some where to live I moved here because it was easy to get in and the price was comfortable. However, you get what you pay for. The neighbor's throw old food and trash over the balcony. The children run in and out the buildings and they don't live in that building. The plumbing is a nightmare. IMy patio door leaks when it rains. I can't wait to move.
Tenant since 2012 I have lived here for almost 3 years and I have not had any major problems. The few problems I have had were fixed by the end of the day. I do see maintenance keeping the grounds clean daily.
