I made an appointment for my son that is attending school at WMU. The type of appointment was marked down incorrectly. When my som arrived he was greeted with "it's been a bad morning, you need to wait". They never confirmed the appointment and acted as if they did not want to see him. I am 82 and went for an eye exam. She informed me I had cataracts and probably would not pass the Michgan Driver.s License eye exam and could not drive at night and thus have a restricted driver'd license. I told her I had good distance viewing, could drive at night without any trouble and I felt she was using a scare tactic on me and I wondered how many older people she has used this on. I asked to talk to Dr, Hosner with her present ., explained how I felt and she said "sorry." Dr. Hosner told me to come back in a year.
