Staff is amazing, always went out of there way to answer any questions or concerns i had. Even if i got to them after office hours! My wife and I are so thankful.
I only got to see Dr. Hoff for appts. Before conception bc she was on maternity leave but the staff has been helpful and nice. I will say that since adding Aspire to the company it has not been a positive change. If I need to speak with someone there are many hoops to jump thru first. It wasn't like that before Aspire joined. Aspire has not been a positive move and it is obvious to many how much has changed for the worse.
Love, love, LOVE Dr. Hoff and her staff!! Vanessa and Katie are my absolute FAVORITE!! Thank you for making us a family. :)
Dr. Hoff was very kind and compassionate, easy to talk to and had new ideas that other physicians had not tried previously. Nursing staff was responsive and answered questions right away. Procedures all went smoothly.
Dr. Hoff was always informative, excited and warm. The staff was welcoming and helpful anytime we had questions. We always knew what to expect from each procedure and are going to miss our weekly visits!
The entire experience in HFI Pearland has been no less than amazing, everyone is always so nice and patience with me an my million requests. They are always there to help and to answer questions to make us feel at ease and at home. Thank you all so much, Dr. Hoff, Ashley G., Rene A. And Tasha.

The HFI Katy staff has been amazing. All of the nurses are always so sweet and helpful, especially Vanessa who has been here since I first came to HFI. Dr. Hoff has been the absolute best! We wish we could of seen her more, but know we come to a location that is not her main location so we are understanding of that. I will definitely recommend HFI Katy and Dr Hoff to anyone and we will definitely be back for our 2nd child! Thank you HFI Katy for everything!
incredibly compassionate doctor and staff. I came to HFI Katy after repeat IVF failures (both with my own eggs and donor eggs), and felt quite hopeless and overwhelmed. Thanks to Dr. Hoff and staff I am now pregnant.
