Heather is the BEST at what she does. My results are outstanding with her and I rarely have to wait on her. Unfortunately that is not true for my fillers. I have waited on Dr Robinson for over 1.5 hours (I do understand the struggle with operating days), so I switched this time to the other provider. While I was waiting on her, I could hear her chatting away off topics for over an hour after my promised appointment time. I think Heather is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I always feel quite assured whenever I have any type of facial treatment that it is the right thing for me and that it is being done correctly and safely. Heather is also a delight to be around.
She is sweet and explained the procedure she recommended, I like the moisturizer she suggested however a night lotion would have been very helpful as well :) She is very pretty which is a plus! I will not take input or advice from someone who does not look great!
Heather was very nice and very informative. She suggested I get the Halo treatment, but I told her I wanted to try out the products first before deciding. She was very accommodating and I really appreciated that. I have been very satisfied with all your services and I have referred your services to family and friends!
Appointment was on time. Procedure went very smooth, Heather explained how the treatment works and what to expect during and after procedure. Heather was professional, as she always is. The room was very comfortable. Overall the whole appointment was great.

I liked her and felt she was very honest. She did not try to get me to buy a lot of products, but did recommend the best treatment she felt would help my skin.
Heather is truly knowledgeable in her field. She is able to assess your unique situation to utilize the procedures which will produce the best results! She was able to provide me with perfect chemical peel tailored for my very sensitive skin. Further, she has done wonders for my teen daughter's leg scarring due to an accident. They have almost faded to nothing and now she can wear shorts and swimsuits this summer with confidence and without embarrassment. I cannot thank Heather enough for this!
