Heather is great and the office staff is warm and welcoming. Heather is impressively +knowledgeable and allowed plenty of time during the appointments to answer all my questions. She clearly explain the procedure for both the Halo Laser and the BBL. Follow up care instructions were clear and were provided both verbally and in writing. Heather has been very helpful with the products and procedures, she is quite knowledgeable about both products and procedures and is always available to try and answer any questions I might have. Heather keeps my skin looking good and I often get compliments on how good it does look, I have enjoyed working with Heather and getting to know her.
I was a lucky lady to meet Heather almost a decade ago. I never considered the importance of a skin care-strategy until Heather began to 'show me the way' beginning with a variety of peels and IPL--oh, and of course, skin products.
