This was my 3rd Halo treatment to correct some scarring issues and I have to say I was very pleased with her attention to detail as well as her balancing act of being aggressive while at the same time insuring my comfort level. My skin tolerates Halos very well and I am hopeful that the results will be great. Heather is wonderful and was willing to listen to me and even return to some spots I had asked her to hit a bit harder without making me feel like I was taking too much of her time.
Very professional and knowledge staff...ALL, especially Heather. Results are slow in coming but it was explained. My husband and I are very satisfied with the coming results. Heather has checked on me and at my follow up appointment did a little extra to make sure all was take care of.
I have had Halo procedures on my face, neck, chest, and arms. Very pleased with overall results. Heather is a pro. Makes sure the procedure is comfortable and effective. She is fabulous.
Heather is a extremely knowledgeable and talented. I had the Halo procedure done. I could not believe the before and after results. Diminished age spots, fine lines, and the 'redness' were significantly better. I would nightly reccomend Heather's Halo procedurally to everyone that needs a fresher look.

Heather did an amazing job of boiling down the options in a way that was customized to MY needs - not overselling, not underselling, but actually adjusting the service consultation to respond to what I needed.
This was my first chemical peel, and I was really nervous about what was happening with my face. I had it done on Friday, and Heather was nice enough to give me her cell phone number in case I had issues or concerns over the weekend. She was also kind enough to respond multiple times over my fretting at my face falling off. I cannot say enough great things about her knowledge, kindness, and communicative nature, and I also really like the Skinceuticals product she recommended.
I received Halo on both arms and hands. Heather is professional, warm and does her very best to exceed your expectations.
