Horrible company. I have a heat pump that they installed less than a year ago. The door has a CLIP that is broken and they want to charge me $391 to replace the whole DOOR. Its a broken clip. It should not cost almost $400 and I shouldn't be the one to replace it. Super frustrated. The owner is not returning my calls. Do not use this company.
RecommendedHeat Relief responded far earlier than they estimated. That was nice. The technician was knowledgeable and polite. He estimated what repairs could be made and how much they would cost. Now, if he’ll just drop a filter on by!
I have been using Heat Relief Heating & Cooling for several years now. They come every fall to tune up and check the furnace, and every summer for the AC. They are honest, reliable and do a great job of keeping things running and letting you know what to expect from your unit in extreme heat or cold and how deal with those situations to keep the heat or cool on when you most need it.
I rely on Heat Relief for quality installations of different HVAC systems. Today they completed a difficult gas line installation in a tight crawl space. I highly recommend them
hired to install a furnace and an electric water heater. we added on hooking up to city gas and the gas lines for the range. they didn't hook up the power or plumbing for the water heater (all the plumber needed was one simple connector). they neglected to complete the air ducts. the furnace main gas shut off wasn't able to be turned off because where it was mounted, the *** hit the furnace. the overflow pipes for the water heater were installed uneven and look terrible. it took me multiple calls to figure out how to get my ... read more

I’ve been without heat for just under a week! I got ahold of Heat Relief today and am once again pleased with their service and professionalism. My service call today was amazing starting with Michelle in the office to Mike the technician who arrived at my residence. Such a wonderful company! I will refer them to all my family and friends! Heat Relief installed my gas furnace in 2015 and I wouldn’t look anywhere else to do my heating and cooling!

July 15, 2018. Hottest day yet and our a/c died. Gabriel was on call. He arrived in about an hour, found the problem and fixed it! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Great company! Great employees!
