Luke installed an istore heat pump for us today. He arrived on time. Luke was knowledgeable and happy to help and answer any questions, he did his job efficiently, removed our old heat pump and cleaned up after himself. Painless and stress free experience. Luke is a fantastic person to work with, always responding to my calls quickly and was always time. Our new istore hot water system is super reliable and super efficient. I couldn't recommend Luke and the istore more highly. We now have an istore in our own property and one in our investment property. Do yourself a favour and get Luke put in an istore in, you'll never regret it.
