What a dump! Drab and run down. Room A/C didn't work.

The ac did not work on the top suite and the hotel gave me a lower room with missing tiles on the bathroom and denied to gave me any discounts or reimbursement. The rooms are nice but since I did not get what I paid for and they denied the discount this is my review
THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE A 5 STAR. The location is AMAZING!!! Unfortunately it is under poor management. When I got there, my sheets were dirty. Requested new sheets. It is REALLY HOT in Havasu right now so ironically I was trying to get out of the heat and enjoy a nice hotel room to stay out of the heat. There was no TV service. I called the front desk and was told they communicated with their provider and they were working on the problem. Two hours later….still no TV.
