At three in the morning when 15-20 people decided to have a party next door the front desk did nothing to resolve the issue. When i asked about a refund due to having to find another hotel at three in the morning i was told i booked through Expedia which i absolutely dis not. Absolutely stunning! I was passing through on my way to Las Vegas and Michael convinced me to get a room and stick around! Not only was the stay at the hotel (stayed in the Inferno room, the lights, the tub, the size of the shower, WOW!) but Michael was very knowledgeable about the town and provided me with suggestions that kept me busy all day, into the evening and even the next morning. Booked a room for a couple friends so I went to check in for them. The guy with glasses at the front desk upgraded me for free to the "Inferno" room,#1003. So awesome!!! I wish I would have been the one staying😞 Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
