I had an issue with some missing parts and Heat N Glow put me in touch with these smucks! I dealt with a lady that wanted to charge me triple the price of what they costed. She was very rude over the phone told me she could care less to help me out because we didnt buy from them. When i told her i was going to post to social media she said go right ahead. Stay away. Not good customer service. Just nasty over the phone.
