We bought a grill in May. It was missing a part. 3 months later, we still do not have. Zero follow up.
We bought a brand new (not cheap either) pellet grill/smoker and only got two months use out of it before something broke. We’ve called and called and gotten the run around for three weeks from them and still don’t have a fixed grill or answer. We will be directly calling Green Mountain Grills to make them aware of the crappy customer service and lack of repair done to the grill! Will never use them again! Even one of our customers had a problem with them and the grill he purchased from there!
RecommendedLove this place! Best store around for gorgeous patio furniture, grills, smokers, and fireplaces. We fill our propane here as well. Can’t wait to get a Sunsetter awning from here soon.
Everyone at Heat Exchange was wonderful! Since I didn’t want to come into the store while shopping for a new fire pit, they sent me photographs of several different ones, and answered my questions! They then delivered the one I chose the next morning and even carried it into my back yard! We love our new fire pit already, and can’t wait to start using it once the April snow goes away! Great service with great products from a great company.

Great customer service and quick response.
I’ve been waiting for over a month for my user manual for my over $3000 insert since I’m having some issues with it and don’t want anyone to be injured. Wouldn’t be that big of a deal if they’d at least return a call or email to let me know what’s going on. I’m very disappointed. And to be fair, I gave a fair opportunity for them to fix this issue and they so chose not to so I feel need to leave this review. I don’t know if it’s on them or the installer but a phone call back would be nice.
