Great place, got my weber there last year. Very nice people, help full. Always have anserws for my many questions. Love the fact that you can taste many of the rubs and spices. Before you buy them. Great selection of outdoor stuff. Best selection of rubs and spices I have found. SK
I went for a bag of the Good One lump charcoal and some repair parts for my Broilmaster Grill. The young man behind the counter, DB was able to get the correct new grate and a box of the ceramic briquets right away. We have been getting our BBQ supplies at The Heat Exchange for many years, in part because of their knowledgeable staff and also because of their great selection of BBQ and patio products.
I get all my charcoal and smoking wood from Heat Exchange. I know that the Good One charcoal and smoking wood is free of pesticides etc. I asked another place about their products and was told they did not know if their wood was free of contaminants such as pesticides. They also did not see any problems with their wood charcoal being made outside the U.S. where there are no regulations about what their products are made from. Great store, for your fireplace or outdoor patio or grilling needs ! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, willing to work with you at any time! Get all my grilling pellets, and accessories there! Best store around! Highly recommended!
In the past, we purchased cheap grills that only lasted a few years from big box stores. This past year we purchased a Napoleon from the Heat Exchange. We love it, and this time we have something that we know will last. I am sure there are other means to purchase a Napoleon, but we will always choose the Heat Exchange. Their service is excellent, their knowledge is thorough, and the products they sell are top notch.
They believe they can charge whatever they want for installation- apparently my wallet has endless supply of cash! Worst customer service EVER!

This customer received a 40% discount on the stove, half price on installation, and was offered 30% off on the pipes and venting products. We were always courteous and respectful. The reason we gave her 30% off on the venting was because when the installer arrived, he discovered that the installation was much more complicated than initially thought and required significantly more Class A pipe and elbows.
