Julia, a bit of advice! Stop listening to what your coworkers tell you someone says about you because more times than not, it isn't true! There are alot of shit starters at heatwood, who don't care about the impact it can leave on your x coworkers who were fired from their job some desperately needed! If the staff would put as much effort into taking care of the residents in their care as they do making it hard for people to want to work at Heartwood, it might be a nice place to work!
We are very thankful for the wonderful care our Dad has received this past year at Heartwood Homes. The staff is exceptionally compassionate with the residents, our Dad calls it 'home' with a smile on his face!
My step father lives here and every time I visit him the staff are very nice and helpful :)
My daughter worked there for a short time had nothing but good things to say about Heartwood because of a sickness she got fired but loved working for them !! Signed her mother!!!
