RecommendedI have been working at Heartwood Homes for 4+ years. Jason and Lynn go above and beyond to care for the residents and staff here at Heartwood. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. I highly recommend Heartwood to anyone that is looking for an amazing work experience.
I have known Jason n lynn since I was a little girl in middle school n helping my mom play games wit residents n now I been working wit them for 3yrs n they would do anything for their residents n staff they always keep us informed with comm notes they have a heart n care deeply they are some pretty good bosses
I have always felt welcome and informed as an employee at Heartwood. Management supplies their employees with a friendly, healthy and safe work environment. They make it easier than ever to take care of people’s loved ones! The employees and management watch out for each other, especially in this time of higher uncertainty. I’d highly recommend Heartwood for any level of care you and your loved one(s) are looking for. ❤️
So nice of a company to share the fact that employees have covid and not relay that info to others ... pretty sure that’s illegal ...
Wonderful company to work for. Family environment. Always keep employees and families informed. They can not be responsible for what an employee reads and signs but apparently doesn't comprehend. I highly recommend Heartwood. As I have been with the company 4+ years.
Best caring giving job I’ve ever been apart of! Caring staff, and an amazing & respectful family behind the company. They would bend over backwards and go out of their way for anyone. Would recommend to any friend looking for a job, and any family member looking for quality care!
I have known Lynn and Jason for decades. I also have been working for them the last 7 years. Not only do they care deeply for their residents and families but they also treat the employees like family. I have never worked for more caring employers or a better work environment. My own father is a resident.
Heartwood has been a caring environment for my husband.The staff is great with the residents and their families. Heartwood has made a difficult decision easier,knowing my husband is very well.taken care of.Jason and Lynn are available to help with any questions and concerns. I would recommend Heartwood as a senior living facility.
