RecommendedMy father has been a resident at Heartwood for the past six months. We moved him from another assisted living facility in the area. The previous facility was not meeting his needs but because of his overall health I was very apprehensive about moving him. Poor management. Poor staffing. Little respect for employees from the owner.
Heartwood Homes is truly a home. My mother has been at Heartwood for over two years and I feel fortunate and blessed that she is there. It is a tremendous relief not to worry about her safety and care. The caregivers are kind, patient and understanding. The facility is always very clean and well taken care of. To see mom always treated with kindness and dignity is the best thing about Heartwood.
My dad lived at Heartwood Senior Living for almost 2 years before his death. The care was amazing. Each of the people that were part of his life while there will live in our hearts forever!
Thank you Heartwood! Your staff is so friendly and engaging. They take time to get to know my mom. They seem to sense when she is not herself and try to put her at ease with the expertise they have. I have learned how to understand Mom and her condition more because of you! You always have time to listen to my concerns and follow up on them. I am so thankful that Mom lives in such a caring, knowledgeable, and engaging environment.
Heartwood Homes is a great place for seniors! The owners (Jason & Lynn) and the rest of the staff are good, caring people with a heart for serving others. My Dad can sometimes be belligerent. The staff at Heartwood handle Dad with patience and kindness and love. And every day they hear the same stories from Dad.
