We had a new timber floor (Blackbutt) installed into our apartment by Heartwood. Installation was a little longer than expected as we had to have some leveling that needed to be done so the job took three days rather than two. The installer did a great job and we are very pleased with the finished result. He was efficient and cleaned up as he went. Because of the levelling work there was a little more dust than expected. Highly recomended. We engaged Heartwood to sand and coat our wood floor in March 2025. From the moment I engaged with Heartwood they have been amazing. They were fast to respond, incredibly professional, very patient with us (took a long time for us to commence work). The conduct of all employees and contractors were fanstastic, we felt that our home was in great hands throughout the whole project. Very happy with the result.
