We had all our carpeted upstairs floors (4 bedrooms & hallway) converted to laminated timber few weeks ago. Looks fantastic & cleaning is super easy. Mitch did an excellent job without disturbing rest of the house. Cleaned & cleared all the rubbish afterwords. The whole work team was great. Communicated & did a great finish. Thanks.

Damien and Jody were the easiest people to deal with and sell a great quality product, Anthony the installer was prompt and clean and workmanship was second to none. I would highly recommend the AST spotted gum engineered flooring and heartwood to anybody.

In July 2023, the flooring in my living room and kitchen was damaged by a burst pipe. Through my insurance claim, Heartwood Timber Floors' laminate flooring was selected and installed in my unit in October 2023. Recently, the coating on two of the laminate planks began to chip. I contacted Heartwood Timber Floors to request a repair. However, the director, Damien, advised that the damage was not covered under warranty because he believed it had been caused by a spill or by something being dropped on the floor.
