Heartwood were nominated by my insurance company to replace a water damaged floating floor in my CBD apartment. From initial contact, to samples, old flooring removal, new flooring laying and final check and follow up, the process could not be faulted. I had Hurfords blue gum installed in 3 bedrooms and a hallway (70m2) at my house in Haberfield. Alex and his boy did the instalation. They did an excellent job. Alex took time to sort a good mix of lengths and colour shades across the floor. His work ethic was neat and tidy, clearing all offcuts and dust each day.
