Our elderly dog Shelby doesn't mind getting her claws trimmed a bit at heartstrings. She is happy as soon as we arrive in the parking lot!

We get our dogs groomed here as well as lodged here when we are away from Blacksburg, and I cannot recommend them enough. One of our dogs is arthritic, and she has always come out of the facility in good shape (not limping, which she can even after a long walk sometimes). My new puppy can be a pain about getting his nails trimmed, but they get it done here and they look great.
