Heartstrings has been the best to ensure he gets safe and quality socialization with other dogs. I take my dog to Heartstrings for doggie daycare twice a week and I also have then give her a kennel bath all the time. I also have her groomed and they alway do such a wonderful job on her grooming. My dog is very high-strung and she is a hard dog to groom and they always do such a great job.

Wonderful facility run by a truly caring family and staff! Staff genuinely care about the animals and take care of them like they were their own. Our dogs go there almost everyday and absolutely love the place and the people. ❤️💜💗🐶💗💜❤️
Sorry if this is long but something seriously needs to be done about this!!! I just had the worst day today. I took my dog and cat to get groomed at Heartstrings pet lodging and spa on PHD. A girl named Megan groomed my cat. This is Leo. It was his first time going to the groomer. I've always been the one to groom him and he's never been aggressive... I used to work for this facility when I was in vet school. They are the most caring, considerate, and honest business I have ever encountered. They utilize meticulous cleaning and efficient biosecurity measures. One of the only places I know where dogs interact but I never saw an outbreak of coughing or parasites. If I ever need boarding for my pets for an extended period of time, I would drive the 4 hours to them to ensure a happy and comfortable stay. I miss seeing and talking to the owners and the staff.
Staff is always welcoming! I’m a new pet owner and they treat my dog very well.
I loved heartstrings they emailed me everyday on how my dog was doing while I was out of town. I will definitely be taking my dog back there
The staff is wonderful! I never have to worry when I leave my pups at daycare or for boarding. Highly recommend!
