I work full time and LOVE being able to drop my dog off to run around with his friends. The hours are convenient, price is great and at the end of the day we are both relaxed and happy:-)
Although they have a great reputation for dogs, gotta give them a shout out for taking such great care of my feline! Not a lot of places that welcome you & your cat by name as you arrive! Also VERY reasonable prices!
Best place ever! we had a Great Dane who didn't do well when we kenneled him anywhere, He lost weight, wouldn't eat and seemed so depressed. Until we found Heartstrings, he played, ate and when we picked him up he was bouncing around like he just spent a week at Disney. Everyone is great, they really seemed like they care about the boarded pets its more like a passion then a job!
If I could give more stars, I would! My boyfriend and I both work during the day so we take our 8 month old golden retriever Janie Monday-Friday for daycare and she loves it! She comes home tuckered out and ready to cuddle and watch tv, which is just how we like it! I can be a bit of a helicopter dog mom but I always feel comfortable with sending her there. My dog attends doggy day camp every week at heartstrings. She ADORES the staff and is always treated with love. I trust the heartstrings crew and would not hesitate to board my dog there if the need arose. Thankful for heartstrings!
They are fantastic! We have tried other groomers and our dogs always seemed anxious when would leave them. No so at Heart Strings. Our babies love going there. When we pick them up they are as relaxed as they are at home. Heart Strings is the gold standard for excellency. Our dogs will never go anywhere else.
