Very relaxed atmosphere! Good video information and presentation. Very nice instructor. The test was easy. The only drawback was having another class going on in the next room. Mildly distracting. Overall the class met my needs! I will be back for renewal in 2 years!!
The facility is really nice. They have plenty of equipment in excellent condition so there’s not a class of twenty taking turns on one CPR dummy. The instructor had all materials available and made sure to answer any questions. They also have a pretty open schedule so it’s not hard to get an appointment even on short notice.
Informative, welcoming & accommodating… Made it enjoyable & well worth going.
I went for CPR and AED training. The instructor, Katrina, was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I will recommend this training facility to others.
