I had surgery 8/12... from the moment I got there until the time I was discharged I was treated with respect,dignity and compassion. During these times when we are not allowed anyone with us and all we can see are your eyes, you made me feel comfortable and cared for! Probably one of the best medical atmospheres I have been at! This was my 5th surgery through Heartland Surgery Center. I have to say that Dr. Heber Crockett has a great bunch of people he works with there. Beginning as you walk through the door with Kylee and Jana. They greet you with a smile. The nurses were very kind and knew what they were doing and were very efficient at their jobs. What a great experience. I truly can say I have never had a better experience even though this one was unexpected. Wonderful staff and comfortable environment. Friendly, helpful customer service and people/staff. I would highly recommend Dr Connely to anyone. He explains everything in normal, not Dr language, that even a dummy like me can understand and follow. I think he is top notch in his field and still cares about his patients and not just the money, which is rare in today's world.
Been here three times this year with my family. Great atmosphere and great staff
