KGM Ssangyong are crap when it comes to warranty claims
Service department is absolutely appalling, lies about parts availability and deliberately avoids work. Nobody ever answers the phone or responds to emails, and when you finally get your car booked in they don't complete the work advised. Service advisor told me they had ordered parts for my car 7 months ago that had apparently still not arrived, when i enquired separately with the parts department nothing had been ordered at all.
