Avoid this service center at all costs. They are really dodgy with their work. I had no issues with my car until i got it serviced there and now i have had multiple issues ever since which they avoid fixing because it was caused by them. They never answer the phones and when you leave message you will never get a call back. I have now taken my car to a different dealership and mentioned them at Blacktown and they said they have also heard many bad things. Nothing but lies.
I recently purchased a Torres EVX through Sam at Heartland Blacktown, and the experience was excellent. Sam was patient, honest, and easy to deal with throughout. He answered all my questions without ever rushing or pressuring me, and always explained everything clearly. Even at pickup, he made a point of letting me know I could reach out anytime with any after-sales questions, which I really appreciated - questions often come up after you drive away, and it was reassuring to know he'd be there to help.
