Disgusting service. From the service department all the way through to management. It’s all good as word of mouth is the best form of advertising.
Like all other reviews on the Service department, I was appalled at their contemptuous attitudes towards the customer. Waited 4.5 weeks to get 60k service because I had warranty related issues with air hissing noise, lose of power and rough idle so I wanted get all the issues inspected at the Ssangyong dealer. Dropped the ute off Monday 7:30am, told the guy at the desk of all the issues. He was more pressed to tell me the cost of the service ($522) but also the 'optional lube services' when all done together, the bill would ... read more
Please don't get your car serviced here unless you want to experience unparalleled bad customer service. This is a much bigger story, please see my review of Kia Heartland for the rest of the story.
