RecommendedI love the people here, they are all so nice except for the girl in the rpm cafe. She can ruin your day no matter how good your mood is. If Heartland is going for the feel good place to go, she doesn’t jive with your mission statement. On the up side, literally everyone else is so nice, helpful and expedient !!!! Also, I freaking love my 4Runner !!!

Did a deal online with really inept crew who couldn’t be bothered to respond n a timely manner. Then when I say let’s do it, make an appointment and then the truck miraculously is sold to someone else. What a unprofessional group.

I wouldn't recommend servicing your vehicle here. If you have a choice I'd STRONGLY recommend going to another dealership. That or you'll be waiting HOURS, yep... HOURS - like 3 hours specifically before a simple oil change is completed. Note: I had an appointment for my oil change Service, this was not a walk-in. Service team is RUDE and treat the customer like its their fault. Until these issues are addressed I'll recommend all my coworkers, friends, and family to go elsewhere
RecommendedI just bought my first car yesterday from Heartland Toyota. I was super nervous going into it but the workers there really took care of me!! Caleb helped me to find a truck that had everything we wanted in it, and tried his best to get us a good deal. Sarah Hager really eased my nerves when we got to the financing side of things. She answered all my questions and helped me to understand what each step meant and what everything covered. I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Heartland Toyota!!

RecommendedI have a distrust of car salesmen/women but James was very helpful and he didn't pressure me! It was a long day as to be expected when buying a car, i was fed and even offered a massage after my accident, they have a small city up there to serve your needs!
