Very professional and pleasant atmosphere there at the dealership. Loved that they could text me with updates on my vehicle needs. Our experience with all the haslewood group has been awful, but the Toyota group was the last straw. 1st thing, we asked about the price match guarantee, no explanation, no nothing. Why advertise it, if your employees can’t explain it to the customers, work with them and give them the chance to find the exact car and get a written quote on it? 2nd thing...We waited 6.5 hours to sign papers and get out of there. The service experience was amazing. All of my questions were answered. I didn't feel pressured into making rash decisions on my repairs. I didn't feel sucked into buying a new car. The rental service was very easy and quick. I was out withing minutes of getting checked in and got my rental. I didn't spend more than 15 minutes getting everything squared away. So shelby had appt at Heartland Toyota in Bremerton For purchasing a car and they sold it last night we even talked with them thismorning about it. They did not have the balls to call and cancel appt and we drove all the way there for nothing...Not the way to do business that's for sure..
