Yesterday for the 4th time in the past 3 years I received unsolicited and harassing mail from Heartland Properties of Council Bluffs, Iowa, yesterday via Michelle *****. This past summer I called the Heartland Properties office in Council Bluffs, Iowa and left a detailed message with a secretary asking for all correspondences via email or letters be stopped to my wife, myself, or our household. I left my name and phone number asking for a returned call with no returned response. I thought maybe the problem had been resolved.... read more

It is unfortunate that receiving a flyer in the mail was so upsetting to Mr. *****. Heartland agents, as all Realtors, are independent contractors and many from most companies use bulk mail marketing campaigns. I did call Mr. ***** immediately upon notification of his upset. I left a message, however, have not had a response from him. I will notify our Agents of Mr. *****'s name and address and ask them to please make every attempt to make sure that no mailers get sent to his home.
