About Heartland Painters Heartland Painters was formed in Indianapolis, IN in 2004 by long time friends Tim O'Brien and Jesse Garrison. Tim and Jesse are both experienced painters who have worked together many times over the years. As the business grew Tim took the lead on day to day operations and Jesse oversaw the business requirements. Heartland Painters did an amazing job painting painting our home. They were very thorough, clean (cleaned up daily), and did great work. We hired them to provide interior and exterior painting at our home. We felt comfortable from the start and couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone. They will be our painting contractor for all future projects.
