Heartland was wonderful while my mom was in her last year of Altheimer’s. The caretakers and nurses stopped by often and were genuine and caring. My dad was very disappointed that after she passed they vanished. Only one person called to see how he was doing. I understand your busy, but a two minute phone call would be nice to close patents case. 💜 There’s still time......
Heartland Hospice was absolutely amazing to work with! They are so compassionate. We were fortunate to have met our “team” about 3 weeks before my husband passed. They were eager to help in any way possible. Meeting them early allowed us to get to know them also, which made it a great relationship! Sue, Bari and Jessica were my favorites!
