Very unprofessional company disappointed in myself for not doing more research. Heartland has a bad reputation for a reason their behavior is appalling and they are my single biggest regret in my grandfathers end of life care. Your dying loved ones deserve better than this garbage company take your business somewhere else.
We are located near Flint, MI. We had nothing but positive interaction with Heartland Hospice. The nurses were kind and attentive towards my mother and the family. They were prompt when we called them asking for assistance. Without them, my mother's passing would have been much more difficult than it already was. Thank you.
