Doctors always rude and stuck up. I'll be there on time and still wait an hour,but if your 10 minutes late you have to reschedule . She makes me feel like a child.

Clinic is dirty. Long wait times. Rude and unprofessional staff. Dr. Jacobs has NO bedside manners and is unbelievably condescending. No pain relievers were offered for biopsy. Staff entered and exited with a larger staff just outside the room, without providing privacy, as I was disrobed. It was a month before lab results were delivered; Dr. Jacobs claimed he did not order labs until he checked my chart and did not apologize. He is a total joke.

Lacks in communication especially when it comes to medications. I spoke on the phone with a woman named “Norma” when speaking to someone concerning mental health and scheduling an appointment with someone who specializes in mental heath you think she’d be more considerate and kind. I am very disappointed and uncomfortable going to this location. I was calling in hopes to schedule an appointment and get info about a current medication. I was yelled at and told it was my issue.

Called the dental clinic ahead of time to make sure they could fill a cavity. Drove an hour to get there just to go into the back and was told they don’t fill cavities and that they only do extractions. Was a little suspicious. Waste of time. Don’t recommend Ps, it says on their website that they fill cavities. So false advertising

They are my primary
