Great experience. The location is convenient with front door parking next to Lens Crafters. The office was clean and modern. I was pleasantly greeted immediately upon entry. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Pannell is thorough and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend.
My prescription is definitely wrong. I called to tell them. I just got told my contacts and glasses will be different and I can’t even get my contact prescription without paying $50 for a fitting?? I’ve never had to do that before and I’ve been wearing contacts for 10 years. However, staff was nice. I just know my last prescription was stronger.

Scheduled an eye exam, and was not informed their equipment was down until after I had shown up for my appointment. Rescheduled my exam a few months later, and was called the morning of to inform me the equipment was down. Again. I work two full time jobs, and while I understand faulty equipment may be beyond their control, having both my exams I’ve scheduled with them months apart canceled with little or no notice for broken equipment is concerning - and managing to get the time off work from TWO jobs, TWICE, just shows me ... read more
