This place is so unprofessional and It appears that everyone is in school or just graduating, maybe that’s part of the problem.I had a procedure that needed to be approved by my insurance for an initial appointment on July 2. I was told this would take a couple days to get approved a week at the most, after several weeks without getting anywhere I asked them what was the problem and I was then told that they had sent in the paperwork 3 times and had gotten rejected for mistakes they made. Seriously the best dental office! The staff is always friendly! Dr. Baines is the best! I have extreme anxiety and she is always patient with me and gets me through anything. Very good at what she does! I would recommend her to anyone who asks for a new dentist.

Nothing like having a bill collector call you because the staff and doctor can't help you resolve a problem with billing, too bad because I actually liked the gals up front, mistakes will be made, but they also need corrected...
