Don't go to the downtown wichita location. Waited nearly 30 min while the teller helped a lady look at months of statements. Why didn't she just print them out? Then she wanted to look at their repos. 2 other guys came in and a teller from the back came up cause she knew them and didn't even help me. You all need a deposit atm in the lobby cause your staff is slow.

The worst banking experience of my life! They have sent several letters saying my February payment was not made even after I presented them with a photocopy of the cancelled check that was endorsed by them, presented to and paid by my bank. Hubby has had to call them 3 times, plus send a written & signed statement to allow his wife to access account info AND THEY STILL WILL NOT TALK TO ME. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!
