We first stated using this bank when it was formerly Hutch Credit Union and LOVED it, but since the switch over to Heartland Credit Union we have had nothing but trouble. We have had several fraudulent charges and normally they fix it right away after contacting them, but this last time they have refused and have had to get the county attorney involved to resolve the issue. I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone not even my worst enemy.
