Roger Shrestha at Heartland Computers brought an HP Office Jet 4650 printer to my house and installed it. It appeared that it was working, until I attempted to copy something with colors in it. After several attempts it would not copy the colors and I attempted to call Roger, but when someone answered the phone, someone who sounded like Roger, the person made it sound as though it wasn't Roger.
