I won't send my dog there! Front desk heavy set lady been there for years. She tells a elderly man whom was stuttering to stop talking and sit down. Smacking her lips rolling her eyes. Also my mother in law has tremors shaking very bad. She needs a document set to the neurologist for a referral the office was supposed to fax week ago .She refused to be helpful. I visited Heartland for a walk-in appointment with my husband. Nurse Practitioner Ashley Droege insisted that only one issue could be addressed during the visit, despite our request to discuss multiple concerns. When we asked for both X-ray and lab work, we were told we could only choose one, which felt unnecessarily restrictive.
