Normally when I go see a doctor I'm greeted with kindness and care. I can't say that about nurse practitioner Ashley. I have seen her twice on a walk in she came in and her attitude was just cold did say hello didn't had no facial expression other then just looking annoyed. Both times she did nothing to help told me basically to go home even tho I was bleeding somewhere I shouldn't have been for one day shy of 2 weeks and was starting to feel dizzy, this was the first visit. Got a referral for my daughter back in January. Was supposed to get a call to schedule her next visit. Received a letter in the mail stating I needed to call to schedule said appointment. Called and was told scheduling would call me to schedule the appointment. Going on 5 months now and no answers. Healthcare in Illinois has really gone to the shitter
