This place is disgraceful or at least the OB part of it , they completely ruined my first experience being pregnant the doctors were very aggressive and rude and wouldn't listen to anything I wanted for my birth plan and than went and schedule my c-section and didnt tell me till last minute which almost costed my family multiple jobs because they wanted to be there for it . Don't get me started on their scheduling and the lack of response when it comes to calling their office .
I would give this place 0 stars. They were just useless as they were a decade ago. I'm on high risk medications that needed refills I have been on for years. They flat out told me no and basically to either withdraw or go to the ER or a 399.00 Methadone clinic for pain.I'm not a crack head or a junkie. I felt very disrespected as though I was a junkie and brought over 8 years of medical records to support my conditions. if you value your life stay away from this worthless establishment better off going to OSF or Carle Heath ... read more
I have been a patient here for years and I have no issues.
Patient care and service is very prompt and curteous. The healthcare staff is both professional and curteous.
I trust them to the point I'd trust them with my life and my kids well-being they have done nothing but become my guardian angels Brady William u rock best Dr listens and is so empathetic and understanding
