I called in and spoke to Amanda Holding and let me tell you - what an absolute character she is. The condescending tone and making you feel stupid is just what you want to hear from someone working in healthcare. She was so rude the entire phone call and answered every question with attitude. She also sounded like she had no idea about anything dentistry related. I really hate going to the Dentist especially for a filling but from the very first moment LaKeisha Cushionberry made me feel better . Dr Besterfield and LaKeisha worked together in tandem to make me feel more at ease. I even received a hug from her which made all the difference. I look forward to receiving the same care again.
