If you want false lab reports, to be ignored, and undermined then this is the place for you! They don’t want new patients they make it basically impossible to schedule an appointment unless you show up. They’ll also forget to call you forcing you to go in to try and talk to someone just for them to call over the phone while you’re literally there! Most traumatic and unprofessional experience I’ve ever been through! They’re also not upfront about hidden fees that you’ll be charged after paying the check in fee!
The people behind the desk didn't even know how to read a tax return. It took her 3 times to figure out how to read my tax return. Then after filling out all the paperwork required to see the doctor. She still put me in the wrong group on the sliding scale. How freaking hilarious. Heartland can't even hire the right people to do the front desk job let alone I can only imagine how terrible there doctors and nurses are. LMFAO.
Everyone is so nice and they treat you with decency and respect.
They didn't hesitate to get my son taken care of. We had paperwork done and appointments made for care on the same day. Even though we just moved here and didn't have all of the proper documents.
